Delivery

Our Standard Delivery takes up to 3 working days using our standard delivery service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 13:00 the next working day after despatch. However, choosing this option does not mean that the item will be despatched the same day the order is placed. Despatch will still be within 5 working days, although orders using the Special Delivery option will be dealt with as a priority.

Despatch timescales differ by product:

Wedding Shoes, favours, gloves, ring cushions, jewellery, stoles and garters are generally stock items and are usually despatched within 5 working days of receipt of your payment.

Custom Dyed shoes take a minimum of 16 working days, dependent on current demand, from receipt of payment and Dying Order Form. There are express options available at an additional charge. To confirm the current leadtime, please e-mail us at enquiries@weddings2go.co.uk.

Tiaras and hair accessories from Amanda Wyatt, Nathalie French and Charlotte Balbier are stock items and generally despatched within 5 working days of receipt of your payment. Tiaras from John Frost are handmade to order and are usually delivered in 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment. We do hold small stocks of the standard designs and may therefore have your chosen design available for immediate delivery on receipt of payment. If we do not currently have one in stock a rush order may be accepted dependent on current workload. If you are interested in a less than 6 weeks delivery please contact us by e-mail at sales@weddings2go.co.uk.

If Items are out of stock, and will not be available within the timeframes indicated above, you will be contacted by e-mail and given the option to wait for the new stock dleivery, change product or cancel the order.
